Update -
As of 12:00 PM EDT today (October 29, 2025), Microsoft experienced a significant outage affecting its Azure cloud platform. The issue was caused by an accidental configuration change to Azure Front Door, resulting in delays, timeouts, and errors for some users and services.
Microsoft has since rolled back the change and is actively restoring full service. All systems are expected to return to normal by approximately 7:20 PM EDT.
What this means:
The fix is in place, but until Microsoft’s restoration process is complete, multiple systems and applications may still experience intermittent issues. This includes tax applications such as CCH Axcess and other Microsoft-dependent services.
Our team continues to monitor the situation closely and will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.
Thank you for your patience,
