[Update] The issue some users may have been experiencing when authenticating M365 apps via DUO Mobile is now resolved. We are continuing to investigate the root cause and following up with DUO Support.

We are aware that some clients are currently experiencing issues authenticating into Microsoft 365 applications due to a known DUO authentication issue. Our team is actively working with DUO to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Clients who are already authenticated should continue to have normal access.
If you are unable to authenticate your Microsoft applications, please go to office.com and sign in through the web version of Outlook. Once authenticated, Microsoft apps should open as expected.
